Section 1

In charge of domicile registration, general household inspection, domicile inspection, acquisition and loss of nationality, name correction, election name list preparation, and other issues not under the jurisdiction of sections 2.

Section 2

In charge of roadway naming, household numbering, seal registration and certification, custody of the household investigation book and Japanese colonial household registration transcription, ID card issuance, school-age children name list preparation, demographics, document receipt/distribution, seal, general affairs, cashier, research and evaluation, and file management.
